Barong Dance & Terang Bulan
Balinese Barong (sacred beast) dancers and kendang (Balinese drum) player created a world of rich resonance and intimate relationship, in collaboration with Japanese gamelan group Terang Bulan (bright moon), at the performance in Tokyo as a part of Sanriku International Arts Festival 2016. In 2019, they reunite in Sanriku region to collaborate with local performers. Those three from Bali are expert members of Çudamani, a world-famous gamelan ensemble.
