Born in Toyama, 1974, Tatsuki began work as freelance photographer in 1998. He published photobooks DECOTORA (2007), Tohoku (2011) which received the 37th Kimura Ihei Award, Is the blood still red?, a collection of images of deer hunting after the Great East Japan Earthquake, Kuragari, a collection of photos taken in the night forest, Never Again which shows the end of deer hunting, and FISH-MAN which depicts the life of fishermen in Hachinohe.
